Job Description

Oversee yield management operations, route revenue performance, system usage, reporting, overbooking, and analyst development.

People manager role responsible for revenue optimization process and RM team leadership.

Bachelors or equivalent; MBA may be considered in lieu of some experience.

Strong Excel, Access, PowerPoint; process optimization and leadership skills.

Lead manager + analyst team, present KPIs to leadership, define RM roadmap, drive automation and process enhancements.

Senior functional leader owning RM direction, team capability, and system/process improvement.

Dynamic pricing, forecasting, optimization, RM systems; Excel, PowerPoint, SQL required; Python preferred
