Workday Integration Developer @ Leading Client

Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Workday Integration Developer with strong expertise in building and managing integrations on the Workday platform. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in developing integrations and a strong understanding of Workday Talent module.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday Integration experience
• Strong expertise in Workday Studio
• Experience in PECI / PICOF and Core Connectors (EIB, CCW, CCB)
• Strong experience in XML and XSLT
• Experience in end-to-end integration lifecycle (Design to Deployment)
• Hands-on experience in Workday Talent Module (Mandatory)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations
• Develop and support integrations with third-party systems
• Work on payroll integrations using PECI / PICOF
• Manage end-to-end integration data flows
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams
• Ensure stability and performance of integrations

Good to Have (Optional)

• Workday certification
• Experience in Agile / DevOps
• Exposure to APIs, Web Services, SFTP
• Experience with payroll systems like ADP.
