Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Microbiology Analyst to join our team at a reputed pharmaceutical company in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microbiology and experience working with various microorganisms.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct microbial testing and analysis to ensure product quality and safety.
Develop and implement new methods for microbial detection and identification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to contamination or non-compliance.
Maintain accurate records of test results, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory setting.
Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques, including bacterial endotoxin test and sterility testing.
Experience with laboratory information systems and software applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information clearly.
