Job Description

Oversee the microbiology department, managing laboratory operations and ensuring accurate diagnostic testing for infectious diseases.Implement infection control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and reducing the risk of hospital-acquired infections.
Collaborate with clinicians to provide guidance on appropriate treatment strategies based on microbiological findings.
Conduct research on emerging infectious diseases, antibiotic resistance, and infection control techniques to improve patient outcomes.
Lead training programs for healthcare staff on infection prevention and control measures.Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and take corrective actions when necessary
