Job Description
Key Responsibilities
? Design and define end-to-end SAP integration architectures across HCM, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA, and other SAP modules
? Architect, develop, and review complex interfaces using PI/PO and SAP Integration Suite
? Provide technical and architectural guidance on integration standards, patterns, and best practices
? Collaborate closely with functional teams across HCM, SF, Finance, Logistics, Procurement, and other domains
? Validate integration designs to ensure scalability, security, performance, and maintainability
? Support project delivery through hands-on development, design reviews, and issue resolution
? Lead modernization of integration landscapes, including PI/PO to CPI transitions
? Ensure comprehensive documentation of interfaces, mappings, and integration design artifacts
? Support go-live readiness, hypercare, and post-implementation optimization
Required Technical Skills:
? Expert-level experience in SAP Process Integration / Process Orchestration (PI/PO)
? SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) / SAP Integration Suite
? Integration adapters and protocols: REST, SOAP, IDoc, RFC, OData, JMS, SFTP
? SAP BTP Integration services (API Management, Integration Advisor, Event Mesh preferred)
? Integration of architecture and interface design involving:
o SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll integrations)
o SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, EC Payroll, SF Talent modules)
o SAP S/4HANA (Finance, Logistics, Procurement integrations)- Profred
o SAP ECC
o Third-party and legacy enterprise systems
? Message mappings, transformations, exception handling, and performance optimization
? Security concepts including OAuth2, SSL, certificates, and user propagation
Required Hands-On Experience
? 12 full-cycle SAP SF and SAP S/4HANA implementation
? 2 Projects : Hands-on delivery of enterprise integration solutions using both PI/PO and CPI
? 2 Projects : Architecture design for large-scale, hybrid HCM & SuccessFactors integration landscapes
? Experience migrating interfaces from legacy PI/PO to modernly governed SAP Integration Suite
? Strong development and resolution skills for complex interface logic and error scenarios
? Experience in integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central with SAP on-premises HCM
Certifications:
? SAP Certified Development Associate SAP Integration Suite (preferred)
? SAP Certified Application Associate SAP HCM (nice to have)
? SAP Ariba or SAP S/4HANA certification (nice to have)
Ideal Candidate Profile
? Ex-Employee of: SAP , Accenture , Deloitte, KPMG ,IBM, NTTData-(minimum 3 years preferred)
? Willingness to travel to Qatar when required
? Strong exposure to SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integrations in hybrid landscapes
