1. Heavy Engineering Design (Intern/Trainee)
- Domain Overview: Focuses on massive industrial machinery, structural steel fabrication, and plant equipment (pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and massive hydraulic systems).
- Brief Job Description:
- Role Summary: Learn and assist in the conceptual and detailed design of heavy machinery and industrial plant equipment using global codes (ASME, API, etc.).
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design of heavy equipment, Indutrial equipment, and large steel structures.
- Perform structural and stress calculations
- Learn industry-standard design codes, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing (GD&T).
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Automotive Engineering.
2. Medical Device Design & product Engineering (Intern/Trainee)
- Domain Overview: Focuses on plastic enclosures, biomechanical mechanisms, and ergonomically sound consumer-grade medical hardware.
- Brief Job Description:
- Role Summary: Participate in the product lifecycle of medical devices, focusing on design compliance, material selection, and plastic part design.
- Key Responsibilities:
- models for medical device, casing, and electromechanical integrations.
- Analysis to evaluate the manufacturability of plastic medical enclosures.
- Learn standard protocols for reverse engineering, teardowns, and benchmarking existing medical devices.
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Biomedical, Mechanical, or Product Design Engineering.
3. Tool Design technology (Intern/Trainee)
- Domain Overview: Focuses on press tool and machining setup optimization.
- Brief Job Description:
- Role Summary: Train on advanced Tool Engineering concepts to design holding devices and molds that optimize manufacturing production lines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Learn the principles of sheet metal press tool.
- Understand die and punch design criteria for metal forming process
- Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM) and manufacturing-ready technical drawings.
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or Tool & Die Engineering.
4. Aerospace Design & Technology Product Engineering (Intern/Trainee)
- Domain Overview: Learn on aerostructure, aerodynamics testing and high-velocity fluid behaviors.
- Brief Job Description:
- Role Summary: Dive into aircraft shape design, aerostructure meshing, and external aerodynamics simulation using commercial solver engines.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Learn models of air foils, finite wings, and aerospace structural models
- Learn structure and External Aerodynamics (lift, drag, and pressure coefficients).
- Study composite laminate modelling, and boundary layer physics.
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech in Aeronautical, Aerospace, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
5. Data Centre Design & infrastructure Engineering (Intern/Trainee)
- Domain Overview: Focuses on the structural , specialized HVAC thermal cooling, and power piping critical for server farms.
- Brief Job Description:
- Role Summary: Learn to design critical infrastructure environments focusing on Electro-mechanical design, thermal management, airflow, and structural layout for data centres.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Thermal simulations to map airflow and thermal loads inside server halls.
- Help design precision cooling systems using fluid mechanics calculations.
- spatial structural layouts for equipment loading using various software.
- Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Thermal, or Electrical Engineering.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
