Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including market expansion and penetration.
  • Plan and execute sales activities to drive revenue growth in assigned territory.
  • Build strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to increase brand visibility.
  • Identify opportunities for product placement in modern trade channels (e.g., supermarkets) to expand distribution network.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in FMCG industry with a focus on Modern Trade Sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning and execution.
  • Strong understanding of Sales Strategy, Sales Planning, Market Expansion, and Market Penetration concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (distributors) as well as external ones (customers).
  • Ability to analyze data insights from various sources (market research reports) to inform business decisions.
