Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Support Engineer to join our team. This role will focus on managing L2 and L3 incidents, ensuring smooth sandbox refreshes, and supporting release management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on Salesforce experience, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
