Work Experience

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

7+ years of experience in software development with C# and WPF.
2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Strong grasp of MVVM, XAML, and WPF UI frameworks.
Proficient in object-oriented programming, multithreading, and asynchronous coding.
Hands-on experience with .NET Framework
Experience with Git, Waterfall methodologies.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
Knowledge of task-based estimation.
