Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• 7+ years of experience in software development with C# and WPF.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or team lead role.
• Strong grasp of MVVM, XAML, and WPF UI frameworks.
• Proficient in object-oriented programming, multithreading, and asynchronous coding.
• Hands-on experience with .NET Framework 
• Experience with Git, Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies, software, and concepts quickly is essential.
• Knowledge of task-based estimation.
