Data Entry Executive @ Gryphon Hytech

Job Description

• Transfer data from paper formats into database systems
• Type in data provided directly from customers or other parties
• Create and manage spreadsheets with large numbers of figures
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing data
• Produce reports
• Retrieve data as requested
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
• Sort, organize and store paperwork after entering data
• The candidate will be on a 6-month contract

• 9:30 am - 6:30 pm (day shift) | for Male Candidates only
• 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (night shift) | for Male Candidates only

• LOCATION: Ballygunge, Kolkata (3 Openings)
• QUALIFICATION: 12th | 4 Yrs exp | Fresher | 20 - 28 Yrs | Male Only
• WORKING DAYS: 6 DAYS (1 rotational week off will be provided)
