Job Title: Java Developer
Experience Required: 4 to 8 Years
Location: Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Java + AWS Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong backend development expertise using Java and Spring Boot, along with hands-on experience in designing and deploying applications on AWS. You will be responsible for building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications in a cloud-native environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
- Develop and deploy cloud-native applications on AWS using services like EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, etc.
- Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
- Optimize application performance and ensure scalability and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and debugging
- Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with cloud security standards
- Maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or AWS CodePipeline
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and REST APIs, Strong problem solving with DSA
- Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus)
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, etc.)
- Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Knowledge of security best practices in cloud environments
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Developer Associate or Solutions Architect)
- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
