Job Description
- Conduct foot or vehicle patrols to secure premises, including building sites, courts, shops, warehouses, banks, and factories.
- Control access at points of entry and secure equipment and people.
- Respond to emergency situations and monitor CCTV surveillance.
- Operate and monitor security systems to ensure the safety and security of premises and personnel.
- Patrol outside parking areas to detect unauthorized individuals and report any hazardous conditions or situations.
- Write appropriate reports as required by supervisors.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education qualification: 10th Pass.
- Possess a physically fit and mature appearance with a minimum height of 5 feet and 7 inches (57") for men and 5 feet for women.
- Age between 18 to 35 for freshers and up to 40 for experienced security guards.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Be capable of working independently and making sound decisions in emergency situations.
- Have a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
