Job Description

Experience - 3-8 years
Location - Hyderabad Description: Role purpose: Provide advanced production support for Teamcenter/AWC, including configuration fixes (L2) and custom code/integration defect resolution (L3), ensuring SLAs and platform stability. Key responsibilities (L2)
Triage and resolve incidents: access/security, preferences, workflow issues, data corrections per SOP, minor config fixes.
Analyze logs and reproduce issues in lower environments; coordinate with infra/DB/integration teams.
Support releases (smoke/regression), document known errors/workarounds, and maintain knowledge base (KB). Key responsibilities (L3)
Diagnose and fix complex defects in AWC customizations and backend extensions (ITK/SOA), integrations, and performance.
Deliver hotfixes/patches with proper testing and deployment discipline; own RCA and preventive actions.
Tune/advise on performance and stability (queries, services, UI load), improve monitoring and observability. Required skills
Strong troubleshooting and RCA; understanding of Teamcenter architecture and security model.
L2: AWC configuration, preferences, workflows, basic SQL/log analysis, ITSM tools.
L3: AWC custom code + backend (ITK/SOA/Java), integrations (REST/SOA/middleware), performance triage. Experience/Qualifications
L2: 2 6+ years Teamcenter support/configuration.
L3: 5 8+ years Teamcenter technical support (customization/integration). ",
