Job Description
13 to 19 years of functional experience supporting Oracle Finance Cloud (AR, CM, Tax & Revenue Mgmt ) modules
Proven experience in configuring and implementing Oracle Finance Cloud AR, CM, Tax, and Revenue Management modules.
Must have experience in handling automated receipt integration and application as well as managing revenue recognition rules as per IFRS 15
Must have knowledge and experience to provide functional support to PaaS extensions and OIC integrations
Should have experience in handling large projects involving multiple BUs, Ledgers, Consolidation and Reporting
Oracle Revenue Management Cloud module knowledge is preferred
Should be conversant with Sub Ledger Accounting
Must have Oracle Cloud Certification
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials
- Work on modules such as:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Expense Management
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design
- Prepare functional design documents (FDDs) and test scripts
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and customizations
- Provide user training, UAT support, and post-go-live support
- Ensure compliance with Capgeminis delivery methodologies and Oracle best practices
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
- Good understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles
- Experience in data migration, reporting tools (OTBI, BI Publisher), and workflow configurations
- Familiarity with India Localization and GST compliance
- Ability to work in onsite-offshore model and interact with global clients
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Financials
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of PaaS extensions and REST/SOAP APIs
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
