Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 5+ Years of experience in Python development, 2-3 years of experience in AI/ML scripting and model writing.
  
• Strong Python development for building scalable AI solutions.
  
• Design agent-based architectures with multi-step reasoning workflows.
  
• Work with LangChain and LangGraph to orchestrate LLM pipelines.
  
• Implement observability and traceability to track requests end-to-end.
  
• Debug and optimize agent workflows and model interactions.
  
• Design testing and evaluation frameworks for LLM outputs.
  
• Validate outputs against ground truth and structured checks.
  
• Enable automated regression testing to ensure consistent model performance.
