As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the development of custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will be involved in problem-solving and decision-making processes that impact the overall project outcomes, ensuring that the solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Project Portfolio Management Tools.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with agile project management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with various programming languages and development tools.
