Job Description

• Candidate should have experience in IT services delivery lead , Application development, Application modernization , etc
• Candidate must have been involved in Delivery Management across multiple accounts
• Should have experience in T&M, Fixed price and Managed services models
• The Delivery leader will have to manage daily delivery operations, Manage P&L, coordinate with all functions as required, lead a team, own client communications closely, work on new deals and drive overall ownership and accountability of accounts
• Candidate should be hands-on in delivery management/project management processes and practices. He/she should be able to mentor his subordinates setting himself as an example.
• Candidate should have a strong understanding of P&C insurance
• Candidate will have to work on new client acquisitions and should have strong solutioning ability Prior experience in presales is mandatory
• Candidate should have scaled and handled large accounts
• Candidate should have good understanding of different project estimation methodologies, financial risk assessment and management
