Role: Agency Sales Manager Insurance

Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Insurance products/services (Motor, Health & Life)
• Manage and support Relationship Executive (RE)/Cluster Manager's(CM) and Non-RE teams with sales pitch and methods
• Sales planning and implementation to achieve targets
• Drive monthly premium targets through Agency Channel
• Generate business across Motor, Health & Life insurance
• Conduct regular POSP meetings for sales improvement
• Work closely with retail stores for lead generation
• Spend 60%+ time in field travel/store visits to anchor sales

Candidate Profile:

• 810 years of insurance sales experience
• Minimum 5+ years in Agency Channel (Life/General/Health)
• Proven track record in agent recruitment & target achievement
• Comfortable with rural/semi-urban field sales
• Local language fluency mandatory
