As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with organizational goals. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to enhance application performance and user experience, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and optimization in application design and functionality.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Scrum.
- Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
- Ability to facilitate Scrum ceremonies effectively.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
