Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from domestic customers regarding technical issues
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network concerns
- Provide clear, step-by-step technical guidance to customers
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior teams when required
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems
- Maintain high service standards and achieve First Call Resolution (FCR)
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 03 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome)
- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (All streams eligible)
- Language Requirement: Fluency in English & Hindi (Mandatory)
- Shift: Rotational Day Shifts (No Night Shifts)
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge and understanding of operating systems
