Job Description

• The Azure Developer (Node.js) focuses on building and implementing Azure-based web applications.
• This role is hands-on, emphasizing coding, integration, and deployment of cloud-native solutions using Node.js and Azure services.
• The developer works under the guidance of technical leaders and architects to deliver high-quality applications aligned with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure App Service, Functions, and Storage.
• Knowledge of API development and integration with Azure services.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud applications.

Prerequisites

• In-depth proficiency in Azure SDKs, APIs, data storage options, app authentication, and authorization, debugging, monitoring, compute and container deployment, data connections, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Practical experience in working on the Microsoft Azure platform.

Nice to have / Plus

• Microsoft: Azure Developer Associate (AZ204) Certification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Application development: Build and deploy Node.js applications using Azure App Service, Functions, Logic Apps, and Containers. Principal service: Azure Container Apps (ACA).
• Integration: Connect applications with Azure services such as Cosmos DB, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, and Event Hub.
• Implementation: Translate architectural designs into working solutions with clean, maintainable code.
• Testing & debugging: Ensure applications meet performance, reliability, and security requirements.
• Monitoring & optimization: Use Application Insights and Azure Monitor to track performance and improve efficiency.
