Role & responsibilities

Experience delivering Generative AI bots, automation use cases, or AI POCs
Exposure to conversational AI platforms and contact center automation
Strong understanding of intent design, dialog flows, and AI performance optimization
Profiles already familiar with Sprinklr as a platform would be strongly preferred
