Project Description:
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our delivery team and work on clientfacing projects in Capital Markets business domain. The role requires strong technical expertise, proven ability to apply AI coding assistants effectively, ownership mindset, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, product owners, and distributed engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain endtoend solutions using .NET (.NET Core / ASP.NET Core) and Angular.
Take ownership of full development lifecycle: requirements analysis, implementation, testing, deployment, and postrelease support
Build and maintain scalable, secure, and highperformance web applications
Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with thirdparty services
Ensure high code quality through clean architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns
Perform code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce engineering standards
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in collaboration with DevOps and support teamsClient & Stakeholder CollaborationCollaborate directly with clients, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and propose technical solutions
Participate actively in technical discussions, estimations, and solution design
Provide technical expertise and recommendations to clients, including tradeoffs and best practices
Adapt quickly to changing requirements across different client projects and domains
Communicate progress, risks, and blockers clearly to stakeholdersTeam ContributionWork effectively in crossfunctional, distributed Agile teams
Mentor and support junior and midlevel developers
Contribute to knowledge sharing, internal documentation, and best practices
Participate in architecture decisions and technical roadmaps
Mandatory Skills Description:
Backend7+ years of professional software development experience
Strong expertise in C#, .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
Experience with Web APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
Solid knowledge of SQL databases (SQL Server preferred) and ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper)
Experience implementing authentication & authorization (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT)FrontendStrong handson experience with Angular. Additional React knowledge is a plus.
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience building SPA applications with performance and scalability in mind
Familiarity with state management solutions (NgRx, Redux, etc.)
Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs
Cloud & DevOpsHandson experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
Hands on experience using Copilot for daily engineering tasks.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployments
Understanding of containerization and modern DevOps practices
Handson experience with TerraformEngineering PracticesStrong experience with unit, integration, and automated testing
Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies
Ability to work effectively with both greenfield and legacy systems
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
Knowledge of DDD, CQRS, EventDriven Architecture
Previous experience in outsourcing or consulting environments
