Job Description

JD of the role: Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in Kotlin and Java.
• Hands-on expertise with Jetpack Compose and modern Android development patterns.
• Deep understanding of Android SDK, Android Studio, Gradle, and app lifecycle management. Solid experience with Android Architecture Components such as ViewModel, LiveData/StateFlow, Navigation, Room, WorkManager, and Hilt/Dagger.
• Proven experience implementing design patterns (MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture, etc.).
• Strong understanding and usage of RESTful APIs, JSON, Retrofit/OkHttp, and third-party libraries.
• Solid experience with unit testing frameworks like JUnit, Mockito, Turbine, Robolectric, and/or Jetpack testing libraries.
• Experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Ability to lead development teams and make informed technical decisions.
• Nice-to-Have Skills Experience with modularization, multi-module architecture, or feature teams. Knowledge of Kotlin Coroutines, Flow, and asynchronous programming best practices.
• Familiarity with Firebase, analytics, and performance monitoring tools.
• Exposure to Play Store deployment, feature flags, and A/B experimentation.

Experience with performance profiling and memory optimization tools
