Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager - Motor Insurance || Field sales

About the Role: We are seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our Field Sales team, specializing in Motor Insurance. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and creating a robust distribution network by working closely with agency partners/agents.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and activate new agency partners/agents.
Primary role: Drive sales of motor insurance products through the established agency network.
Provide on-the-ground support to partners/agents by traveling with them for sales calls and taking ownership of closing sales.
Conduct continuous training programs for agents to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Should be from an insurance broking background with 1+ years of experience in an agency role background.
Knowledge: Sound knowledge of retail motor insurance.
