• Design, configure, and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), and Payroll.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP HCM solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment of enhancements, ensuring compliance with statutory and company policies.
• Manage end-to-end payroll processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
• Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and prepare functional documentation for system processes and changes.
• Work closely with technical teams for integrations, data migration, and report development using SAP tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, maintain confidentiality of employee records, and support audits and compliance activities.
