We are hiring Voice Process Executives for a Customer Interaction / ICC Voice Process. This role involves handling inbound/outbound customer calls, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
  
• Understand customer issues and provide accurate resolutions
  
• Maintain high quality and compliance standards
  
• Update customer details and call notes in the system
  
• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year Voice / ICC / International or Domestic Voice experience
  
• Education: Any Graduate
  
• Communication: Good verbal communication skills
  
• Shift: Rotational shifts
  
• Notice Period: Immediate Joiners
  

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: Up to 6.0 LPA (Maximum)
  
• Working Days: 5 Days
  
• Both-side cab facility
