Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Review medical records, radiology reports, and other documentation to assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes.
Apply coding guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify diagnoses and resolve discrepancies in coding.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information at all times.
Stay up-to-date with changes to ICD-10-CM/PCS codes, HCPCS Level II codes, and CPT codes.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience as an ICD-10-CM/PCS coder or related field (e.g., CPC certification).
Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and medical terminologyLocation-Hyderabad/WFO
