Job Description
Job Summary: Looking for DevOps Lead who can oversee development and operations to ensure fast, reliable software delivery by implementing CI/CD pipelines, automating workflows, and optimizing infrastructure. Key responsibilities include mentoring teams, leading DevOps strategy, and collaborating across departments to improve system reliability and security. They should also manage cloud infrastructure, Deployment Strategies, Monitor performance, and stay current with industry best practices to drive innovation and align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands on Experience: Looking for a skilled DevOps professional with hands-on experience in setting up Azure Cloud with industry standard DevOps Tools and scripting knowledge.
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor the DevOps engineering team, fostering a collaborative culture and supporting team development.
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, build, and manage continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the software development and release process.
- Automation: Develop and implement automation strategies for infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and software deployment ensuring Zero Downtime strategies in place with hands-on rollback mechanism implementation experience.
- Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize and manage cloud and on-premise infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with software development, quality assurance, DBA and IT operations teams to ensure seamless integration, deployment, and operational efficiency.
- Monitoring and Reliability: Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to identify and resolve production issues, ensuring system reliability.
- Security and Compliance: Ensure all DevOps processes adhere to security standards and compliance requirements.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the overall DevOps strategy, aligning team goals with product and engineering objectives.
- Tooling and Innovation: Research, evaluate, and implement new DevOps tools and technologies to drive automation and improve processes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring tools.
- Leadership and Mentoring: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor technical teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and solve complex technical challenges.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Automation Mindset: A strong drive to automate manual tasks and streamline processes
