Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst
- 4+ years of experience working with relational databases and database structures
- Experience working with all levels of leadership
- Experience navigating cross-functional/cross-segment enterprise groups within an organization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based data engineering and analytics (e.g, Azure, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake)
- Experience working with data warehouse analysis and modelling, with the ability to read Data Flow Diagrams, Conceptual and Physical Models
- Experience writing process and end-user documentation to support maintenance of analytics solutions
- Experience with a programming language, ideally Python
- Experience with Agile project management methodology
- Healthcare industry experience, ideally with claims data and network data
