Summary:

We are seeking skilled Grafana developers to design and implement high-impact monitoring dashboards that drive operational visibility and system reliability. The ideal candidate will leverage Grafana, Kibana, and Logstash Grok to transform complex telemetry data into actionable insights. With expertise in PromQL and LogQL, you will enable advanced data correlation and real-time observability. You will play a key role in establishing robust alerting strategies and applying industry-standard observability frameworks such as RED (Rate, Errors, Duration) and USE (Utilization, Saturation, Errors) to optimize system performance and incident response. This role is critical to maintaining the health, scalability, and resilience of our infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop detailed, interactive dashboards in Grafana using advanced visualization techniques.
  
• Integrate and process log and metric data from sources including Prometheus, Loki, Kibana, and Logstash Grok.
  
• Implement and manage complex alerting rules using Grafana Alerting, including custom metrics and multi-dimensional conditions.
  
• Apply observability best practices such as RED and USE methodologies to monitor and improve system performance.
  
• Optimize query performance using PromQL for Prometheus and LogQL for Loki, including advanced data correlation and filtering.
  
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to align monitoring solutions with business and technical objectives.
  

• Proven experience with Grafana dashboard development and configuration.
  
• Expertise in PromQL for Prometheus and LogQL for Loki, including advanced querying and correlation techniques.
  
• Hands - on experience with Kibana and Logstash Grok for log parsing and visualization.
  
• Strong understanding of observability principles, including RED and USE methods.
  
• Experience setting up and managing complex alerting rules in Grafana.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring infrastructure and distributed systems.
  
• Ability to translate technical data into clear, actionable insights for cross-functional teams.
