Performance Testing - JMeter | Pune @ Globant

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Design and maintain performance test scripts using Artillery, JMeter, LoadRunner
 Execute load, stress, spike, endurance, and scalability tests for APIs, web apps, and distributed systems
 Define test plans, workloads, KPIs, SLAs, and success criteria
 Run tests in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Kubernetes)
Performance Engineering & Analysis
 Monitor system performance using Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
 Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify bottlenecks, memory leaks, and latency issues
 Collaborate with development, DevOps, and concern teams on performance improvements
Automation & CI/CD Integration
Artillery scripts into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
 Automate test execution, reporting, and alerting
 Optimize testing frameworks and environments
Documentation & Reporting
 Create performance test reports highlighting bottlenecks, risks, and recommendations
 Track SLAs, baselines, and trends via Grafana dashboards
 Improve performance testing methodologies and standards
