Job Title: E/M OP Certified Medical Coder

Location: Chennai (WFO)
Experience: 2+ Yrs

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented E/M OP Certified Medical Coder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Evaluation and Management (E/M) Outpatient coding, ensuring accurate and compliant coding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and assign appropriate E/M codes for outpatient services
Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and payer requirements
Analyze medical records and documentation for accuracy
Work closely with physicians and healthcare staff to clarify diagnoses and procedures
Maintain productivity and quality standards
Stay updated with coding regulations and industry changes

Requirements:

Certified coder (CPC / CCS / COC or equivalent) Mandatory
Proven experience in E/M Outpatient coding
Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
Familiarity with payer guidelines and compliance standards
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with EMR/EHR systems
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
