Job Description

  • Salesforce Testing 5+ Exp on cloud-Salesforce QA, Sales Cloud, Service cloud, Community cloud,
  • SOQL,Salesforce CRM, Salesforce Lightning, LWC, Administrator, Salesforce Testing.
  • Candidate should have 5+ years of relevant Salesforce testing experience Responsible as a
  • Salesforce QA for Testing Custom applications based on the Salesforce platform.
  • Should be proficient in Salesforce administration. e.g.: Objects, Relationships, Lightning pagebbuilder, validation rules, record types, etc.
  • Expertise in understanding and analyzing Test requirements and knowledge of creating custom fields, Permission sets, Page Layout and Profile access related configurations in Salesforce.
  • Should have a clear understanding of Roles and permission set .
  • Should have worked on custom record types.
  • Creation of Test Scenarios and Test Cases and Execution of the same on the Salesforce
  • Lightning component, verification of actual and expected results.
  • SFDC configuration experience .
  • Involved in Functional Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Regression and Retesting.
  • Exposure in Bug Life Cycle, Bug Reporting and Bug Tracking.
  • Involved in Test Planning, Test Design, Test Execution, Test Environment readiness phases of Software Testing Life Cycle.
  • Collaborate with multiple team members such as Business Analysis, Development for discussion and understanding of Project Requirements and execute
  • Conduct review of Test cases with Peers and Project manager.
  • Involved in analyzing and Publishing daily defect reports.
  • Demo for the testing completed modules and sign off."
  • Candidates should have knowledge on the lead management system in the Salesforce Salescloud.
  • Candidate should have knowledge on the case management system in the Salesforce Service cloud.
  • Expertise in testing process automation done using workflows, process builders and flows.
  • Salesforce certifications can be an added advantage. - Admin, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Advanced Admin, Community Cloud, CPQ.
