Job Purpose:
We are looking for a seasoned technology leader to take endtoend ownership of Incident Management, Vulnerability Management, and OS Patching for critical banking applications including Flexcube (FCUBS), SWIFT, Core Banking for Foreign Branch Operations, EMS, and other associated platforms.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with crossfunctional teamsincluding application developer, Infrastructure, Information Security, Application Support, and Riskto ensure timely resolution of incidents, remediation of vulnerabilities, proactive risk reduction, and seamless continuity of banking operations.
This position requires 247 availability to manage and resolve high-impact incidents affecting banking operations.
Prior experience managing incidents on FCUBS / SWFIT is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
- Strong working knowledge of FCUBS (FLEXCUBE UBS) architecture, components, EOD/BOD processes, and integrations.
- Hands-on understanding of SWIFT Alliance Access/Integrator, message flows, interfaces, and security modules.
- Extensive experience in Incident, Vulnerability, and Patch Management frameworks.
- Familiarity with tools such as:
- SIEM/SOC platforms
- Vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys, etc.)
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, JIRA)
- Knowledge of database technologies (Oracle), UNIX/Linux environments, and application middleware (WebLogic).

- Excellent communication, documentation, and problemsolving abilities.
- High sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
