Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to international clients through phone calls.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Work on international voice process projects for various industries such as BPO, call center, and outsourcing companies.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet performance metrics.
  
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in an International BPO environment handling international calling/voice processes.
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English language (written & spoken).

• Ready to work in Flexible Shifts
