Job Title: SDE 3 Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Gurugram
Experience: 69 years
We are looking for a highly skilled SDE 3 Full Stack Developer with a strong focus on frontend engineering to build scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in React, JavaScript, and real-time communication using WebSockets, along with solid backend fundamentals.
You will work closely with product, UX, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, resilient, and scalable web experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain complex frontend applications using React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Build real-time, event-driven web applications using WebSockets
- Translate product requirements and UX designs into high-quality, performant UI components
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and services
- Lead frontend architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions
- Write clean, reusable, testable code and conduct code reviews
- Mentor junior engineers and drive frontend best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and deliver features end-to-end
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript
- Proven experience building real-time web applications using WebSockets
- Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and browser internals
- Experience with frontend state management (Redux, Context API, etc.)
- Solid understanding of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration
- Familiarity with backend technologies (Node.js / Java / Python any one)
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern build tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with TypeScript
- Knowledge of micro-frontend architecture
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Experience with performance monitoring and frontend observability
- Prior experience in product-based or SaaS environments
Must Haves

QualificationsBachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, C#, or JavaScript. Experience with frameworks and libraries relevant to the technology stack.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels.
