Role Summary

The SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Work Zone Advanced Edition Administrator is responsible for the endtoend administration, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SuccessFactors instances and Work Zone Advanced Edition on SAP BTP.
The role requires hands-on expertise in system setup, integrations, security, content management, and operational support across global environments.

Key Responsibilities

SAP Work Zone Advanced Edition Administration

Responsible for administration and maintenance of the Work Zone tenant, including:

Administration Console

• Dashboard management
• User administration
• Authentication & Authorization
• Theming & Branding configuration
• Area and Workspace setup
• UI Integration and content configuration
• External integrations and feature enablement
• Compliance, security, and analytics
• Business content integration
• Federation of remote and SAP BTP content providers
• Manual integration of apps
• Integration of HTML5 applications across multiple subaccounts

Key Skills & Requirements

• 69 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Work Zone Administration
• Hands-on implementation and setup experience with SuccessFactors and Work Zone Advanced Edition (formerly SAP JAM)
• Minimum 23 end-to-end project implementations
• Strong knowledge of SAP BTP (IAS, IPS, Destinations, Cloud Foundry, Content Federation)
• Deep understanding of integrations between SF, Work Zone, S/4HANA, BTP Services, HTML5/Fiori Apps
• Excellent troubleshooting, problemsolving, and communication skills

Preferred Certifications (Good to Have)

• SAP HR800 SuccessFactors Certification
• SAP C_WZADM_01 Work Zone Administration Certification
