Job Description
Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a candidate having 5 years of experience in Finance preferably in management reporting & controlling
Post Graduate qualification in Finance - MBA Finance / CA/ CMA
Ability to communicate with senior leadership within Finance & Business and document their requirement
Experience of working with large teams in a cross-functional & multi-culture environment
Preferred candidate profile
Primary Skills
2. Good oral and written communication
3. Willing to learn, adopt to highly professional environment and reporting to multiple stake holders in dotted line
4. Good exposure in Finance & accounts, worked in MNC corporate teams. 5. Experienced in IFRS revenue recognition methodology
Month End Close
1. Manage month end close process to ensure closing deadlines met and financials are accurate.
2. Well versed with Revenue recognitions concepts as per IFRS.
3. Good understanding on contractual system (External and Internal)
4. Should manage exceptions related to revenue & cost.
5. Manage external/internal billing and DOR
Forecast
1. Manage monthly financial forecast process.
2. Implement procedures to ensure forecast deliverables and variance analyses are met on a timely basis.
3. Bottoms up exercise for Forecast.
4. Handle reviews with delivery and sales independently to drive the results
Budget
1. Overall responsibility for management of the budget processes.
2. Work with the Account Leadership / Delivery Team to develop annual budgets.
3. Finalize the numbers in accordance with company policy with the leadership of delivery, sales & Finance
Cost Accounting
1. Ensure cost allocated are in line with standard cost systems.
2. Any non-standard cost are approved well in advance.
3. Accruals are booked for the delayed or unpaid expenses
Others
1. Experience in preparing deal model for contract renewals or new logos
2. Should manage external and internal audit queries. Preparation of ad-hoc reports, requested by different stakeholders
3. Ensure bottom line responsibility. Actively participate with stakeholders on strategic planning and bring value-proposition.
