Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

System Administration:Manage and optimize email (Exchange) and instant messaging (IM) environments.
Security & Compliance:Implement message archiving, spam filtering, and security protocols.
Migration & Upgrades:Participate in or lead email migrations and platform upgrades.
Monitoring & Support:Provide troubleshooting and technical support for messaging infrastructure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Expertise inMicrosoft Exchange Server(on-premises or cloud) andMicrosoft Teams.
Strong understanding of network protocols, authentication, and secure messaging.
Experience in troubleshooting and monitoring systems, often with after-hours support required.

Strong communication and collaborative skills.
