• Be the voice of the brand resolve customer queries via calls, chat, and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences with empathy and efficiency.
• Own and resolve issues independently with analytical thinking.
• Respect customer time and ensure every interaction adds value.
• Thrive in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

What We're Looking For:

Have experience to handle International Clients - Mandatory

• Excellent communication skills.
• Quick problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 setup.
• A proactive mindset and strong time management.
