Golang Development Lead
Location :- Delhi/NCR, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Hyderabad
Experience :- 4 - 9 years
Join our engineering team to build scalable cloud-native platforms and microservices using modern technologies across Kubernetes, Golang, CI/CD, and distributed systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to design, develop, and optimize cloudbased solutions that power nextgeneration applications.
Your Role
As a Cloud & Golang Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloudnative microservices and platform components. You will work with Kubernetes ecosystems, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud workflows to ensure high reliability, performance, and automation across environments.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop microservices and backend components using Golang, REST APIs, and distributed systems principles.
- Engineer scalable cloud-native solutions using Kubernetes distributions such as K3s, and work with Cilium, Multus, PV/PVC, CRDs, Operators, Network Policies, and RBAC.
- Implement GitOps workflows using Argo CD for predictable, automated deployments.
- Work extensively on Linux for system-level debugging, environment setup, and container runtime optimization.
- Build, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ensuring automation, reliability, and faster delivery cycles.
- Leverage AWS services (good to have) for cloud deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
- Contribute to test automation using Cucumber framework (good to have).
Your Profile
- 5+ years of experience working in cloud technologies, microservices, and backend engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Golang, REST API development, and microservices design patterns.
- Deep understanding of Kubernetes, including K3s, CNI plugins (Cilium/Multus), persistent storage (PV/PVC), CRDs, Operators, network policies, and RBAC.
- Experience with Argo CD and GitOps workflows.
- Hands-on expertise with Linux for development, debugging, and system optimization.
- Proven experience with CI/CD tools, especially GitLab CI.
- Knowledge of AWS Cloud is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with Cucumber test framework is beneficial.
