Minimum exp 3-7 years of experience in Genesys cloud,Candidate must have experience in Genesys PureCloud Enablement and ConfigurationsetupHands on PureCloud Technology suite applications.Hands on experience in Web Services Integration (3rd party)Hands on experience in Custom Reports (Rest API)Experience in IVR, Interaction Routing, WFM, Dialer, Scripter is mustGenesys PureCloud CertificationsInteraction with 3rd Party (Web Chat, Data DIP, Salesforce, Twilio etc) is preferred
