ROLE: Team Leader
DESIGNATION: Team Leader, Operations
LOCATION: Thane, India
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE: 4 6 years

Role and Key responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Design and deliver effective training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge among team members.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess individual and team performance through metrics and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Goal Setting: Collaborate with sales managers to set achievable targets and develop strategies to reach them.
- Coaching & Mentoring: Provide ongoing support, coaching, and mentorship to sales representatives to foster a culture of high performance.
- Sales Strategies: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any sales-related issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities and performance to senior management.
Key skills and knowledge:
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule. Knowledge of Operating System, Software, Hardware & MS office.
- Highly motivated individual with skills to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations
- Work well under pressure and follow through on items to completion
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead team members, multi-tasking, prioritization and meeting timelines of deliverables
- Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction to team members
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
Qualification: Graduate
