What You'll Rock:

• Lead UI/UX Vision : Own end-to-end design for our web & app from wireframes to pixel-perfect prototypes. Create addictive, empathetic experiences that make matchmaking feel like destiny.
• Mentor & Guide Juniors : Build our design dream team! Coach 3-5 juniors, run workshops, and foster a culture of bold creativity.
• User-First Innovation : Dive into user research, A/B testing, and data-driven iterations to boost engagement and conversions. Collaborate with PMs, Eng, and Marketing for hit features.

You're Our Match If:

• 5+ years in UI/UX for high-scale consumer apps (B2C internet bonus! ).
• Proven portfolio of live products with 1M+ users.
• Strong mentoring chops you've leveled up teams before.
• Passion for human-centered design in matchmaking/lifestyle space.
• Bonus: Experience with motion design, accessibility, or GenAI tools.
