Job Description

  • The job involves managing the HR function (End to End) for the assigned area having 5-6 locations (Warehouse/Factory), and willing to travel across locations as per the monthly journey plan.
  • Is responsible for implementation of all aspects of human resource functions like recruitment, selection, induction, onboarding , time office management , payroll processing, confirmation, transfer, promotion, PMS , liaisoning , vendor management ,statutory compliances, engagement , training and development and general administration through his team, peers , RO, HO , SME and respective leads of various functions.
  • Handling approx. 800-1000 associates which includes on-roll and contractual.
  • The person is expected to demonstrate strong process orientation about various HR processes and practices , collaborate with different stakeholders and deliver all HR service delivery timely and effectively.
  • Retain and engage employees through effective engagement plans ensure timely training interventions as appropriate in conjunction with business partners.
  • Identify the execution gaps on a regular basis through his monthly visits as per the plan and accordingly guide , coach and drive the corrections and develop the team.
  • Ability to deal with various statutory and regulatory authorities as and when required and ensure all statutory requirements are adhered in his area for all types of employment.
  • To be equipped with sound knowledge about various HR policies and procedures and ability to guide employees with good connect
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the capability to work in the team with pragmatic problem solving skills.
