Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Support @ Conduent

Job Description

We are hiring for Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Support role (C06) for GEMS team on priority.

Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad
Experience: 3-6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Perform issue analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA)
• Manage Service Requests (SR), change requests, and release activities
• Collaborate with Oracle Support for issue resolution, bug fixes, and patches
• Support quarterly releases and production validation activities
• Work with functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions

Core Technical Skills Required:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
• Hands-on experience in Core HR module
• Expertise in OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
• Strong knowledge of BI Publisher Reports
• Experience in Fast Formula

Additional Technical Skills:

• HCM Extracts
• HDL / HSDL (Data Load & Conversion)
• Redwood UI / Personalization
• Integration experience with ADP / Oracle ERP

Functional Exposure (any one or more):
Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Helpdesk, Security

Candidate should be capable of independently handling complex production issues and delivering stable, scalable solutions.
