Lead Generation Executive-B2B OutboundJob Title: B2B Lead generation Executive (Outbound Calling)
Were looking for fluent, confident and professional communication. Candidate should have ability to handle business conversations with decision-makers.
Job Responsibilities:
-Make outbound calls to business owners/proprietors.
-Qualify leads based on defined parameters and eligibility criteria.
-Maintain regular follow-ups and build professional relationships.
-Capture business opportunities and update lead status in the system.
-Share qualified leads with the client for further sales action.
Eligibility Criteria:
-Education: Graduation (Mandatory)
-Experience: Fresher or minimum 6 months experience in B2B.
-Communication: Fluent in English & Hindi (Both Mandatory)
-Strong convincing and negotiation skills preferred
Work Details:
-Working Days: 6 Days Working
-Week Off: 1 Rotational Week Off
-Shift: Day Shift Only
-Shift Window: 10:00 AM 11:00 PM (Any 9-hour shift within this window)
Salary details :
Graduate + Fresher = 21k CTC
Graduate + 6 months B2B exp. = 23k CTC
Graduate + 1 year B2B exp. = 25k CTC
