Job Role-FS FINANCE - Finance Operations - General Ledger - Investment Accounting - FP And A - Senior

Location-, Bangalore Hyderabad, Noida, Gurgaon, Chennai, Pune,

Education - MBA, CA-Chartered Accountant

Experience 4-8years

Key Skills:

GL Close: General Ledger Management, Chart of Accounts Design and Month end close processes
Investment Accounting: Experience in Investment Accounting, NAV calculations and securities management with valuation expertise
Deep Understanding of FP&A Processes: Knowledge of FP&A processes, including forecasting, budgeting, finance close, intercompany accounting, financial reporting standards, and management reporting.
Finance Transformation: Experience in conducting As-Is and To-Be process assessments, process redesign and continuous improvement methodologies.
Finance Systems Proficiency: Experience with Finance Systems such as Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Adaptive, Workiva, Workday, Blackline, Trintech, Tagetik and designing operating models that integrate people, processes, and technology.

Domain Expertise: Experience of working in the Financial Services domain across Banking, Insurance, Asset Management, and Capital Markets.

Proven Track Record: A history of contributing to finance process improvements, optimizing close cycles, implementing automation, and ensuring compliance in GL Close, FP&A, and R2R functions.
